Guacamole with Chili Peppers and Cherry Tomatoes Recipe

• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
• 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
• 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
• 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
• 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped

Instructions

• In a medium mixing bowl, mash the avocados with a fork or potato masher.
• Combine the cherry tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, and salt in a mixing bowl.
