Instructions

  • Sprinkle salt and pepper over the ahi tuna.
  • Sprinkle the black sesame seeds over the tuna.
  • Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear the tuna for about 1-2 minutes per side.
